Nottingham Xynthetic Show

Myself and everyone at Xynthetic are busy preparing for the 2nd show of the Carbon & Chemicals Mini Arts tour which is taking place at The Art Organization (literally opposite the train station) in Nottingham on Friday 21st March (Good Friday)

The space is huge so we're all working hard to create new work to add to what we've already done, so you'll have to come along to check that out, not to mention we'll have DJing provided by the one & only 209°, goodie bags to give away and a bit of live art too!

As if that isn't enough, we've got an
official after party at The Orange Tree in Notts too, where you'll get cheap drinks offers upon show off the Xynthetic stamp on your hand, so you've got no excuse to not come and make a night of it!

All in all we're really excited about it so put the date in your diaries (Friday 21st March 6 - 10pm) and hope to see you there!

Xynthetic Carbon & Chemicals exhibitions

Been super busy preparing everything for the 3 upcoming Xynthetic 'Carbon & Chemicals' art exhibitions happening in Middlesbrough, Nottingham then Bristol!

The first show is coming up in just 3 weeks time, on Friday 1st February at the Kitch-en Gallery in Middlesbrough!

The show is going to be a low-fi exhibition of hand-painted skateboards and screen prints accompanied by lomo photography, showing the process behind each piece and the exhibition as a whole.

It'll feature work from Xyn family members Klingatron, Richt, WASTE + Paul Harraway, Mr Jago, Danny Wainwright, Orco, Pone, Laura Thorne, Lee Page, Sarah Laughton & myself!

Carbon & Chemicals is a 'mini arts tour' so if you can't catch the show in Middlesbrough then maybe you can make Nottingham or Bristol!

Free Art Friday still going strong!

Yeap, Free Art Friday is still going strong, still putting up a little bit of art every Friday, wherever I may be!

I put up a few little extras over Christmas time too, in the form of 5 little Christmas puds in the run-up to the big day!

Recently I've grown a little bored of drawing so I've turned my attention to Polaroids - namely taking photo's of shoes, hole-punching them and hanging them upside down with a shoelace!

Look out on the streets of Bristol for more stuff next Friday!
