There's just a few weeks left of the Bristol-leg of the Shaun in the City arts trail, and I am so proud to have had two statues on display as part of the charity project!
I have 'Bahhbersheep' which is inspired by the old-fashioned barbers, featuring candy striped legs & hand-painted typography, and I have 'The Shear Speed Helter Skelter', which was a collaboration piece between myself and artist Vivi Cuevas - I designed the sculpture including all the typographical elements and additional sculpts, and the wonderful brought it to life by taking my designs and make it real on Shaun!
Here's a few behind-the-scenes snapped of both Shaun's...
The Shaun in the City trail has been so well received. The app we designed & built for the project has been used wide and far, with the total number of Shaun's 'found' using the app is well over 1.3 MILLION (!!).
That's just people using the app too, that doesn't include visitors with maps or just casually finding them out on the streets. Hopefully this will all mean that the charity auction, of which is the point of all this fun, will benefit and raise millions more for sick children in hospitals.
We have our fingers crossed!
